School Coordinator Program
School Coordinators derived from the Little Sisters on Board Program. For older Little Sisters who have graduated from the program and are either working or are in higher-level studies, this program offers leadership roles as mentors and administrators to groups of 5-10 newly accepted Little Sisters. This program is extremely grassroots, but more importantly, keeps the older Little Sisters actively engaged in the program. Their engagement allows them to pass along their vast wealth of experiences in how to overcome tremendous challenges and how to succeed as women in South Asia to the younger Little Sisters.
The results of this program have been dynamic, powerful and amazing. In January 2006, we asked the graduated Little Sisters if they were at all interested in mentoring positions. They almost crushed us in a stampede of desire to help. This, above all else, speaks to the success, the strength, and the depth of the Little Sisters Fund program in Nepal.
